Our unit is IFS Food version 7 certified, an international certification attesting to compliance with food safety standards for the sale of products in the European market. In Morocco, ONSSA certifies compliance with food standards and allows us to integrate our products into the Moroccan market. MSC certification concerns the entire food chain as well as the processing units that process the products and which are audited by accredited certifiers. When fishing is carried out according to the required methods, it obtains the certification, and the product will be sold with the blue MSC label. ASC certification and chain-of-custody standards cover the social and environmental aspects of aquaculture, controlling product quality from farm to end consumer.
